Mix Walkman phone - hands on Video & live pics
Despite Sony Ericsson's clear focus on Android smartphones, the Walkman™ family continues to get new members. The Mix Walkman™ Phone is the latest addition - see it in action in our hands-on video and live picture gallery.
The Yendo was Sony Ericsson's first full touch Walkman phone. The just announced "Mix Walkman Phone" (who comes up with such product names, by the way? :) ) takes this concept now a step further: a bigger screen, additional WiFi and a new ZAP-button which seems to be another loan Sony Ericsson is being granted from one of its parents, Sony. Pressing this button starts a quick scan through playlists on the phone, where each song is being played for a couple of seconds. Push the button a second time, and the selected song is played in full. A nice idea if you want to zap through playlists and don't feel like scrolling through the list on the phone. You can see this new feature in action in our hands-on video, amongst a lot of other things.
